Project Management has helped me to define project characteristics, objectives, organizations and success. By learning how to apply Project Management Tools and Techniques to control and communicate the Design. I am now able to summarize strategies for the execution of the development process in response to the client's objectives. The project is divide into two; the first being a group work to let us understand the core of being in a group project in the future.

The objectives of the first project are as follows:

 To understand the application of management techniques in the control and direction of project resources

 To appreciate the need for Project Management in a real project environment

 To understand the basic stages of project management in the construction industry

 To understand the basic roles of the different consultants in the construction industry

 To understand the use of "Success Criteria" in evaluating a project.
